Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other
than that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I will certainly be back. dgbekfegdked

Just bought "The Red Quest," because after having visited Estonia, Latvia and the Czech Republic on my own, I knew it was going to be a good read. No disappointment so far- if I ever make it to some
of the more remote/difficult places in the book, I'll certainly be using your experiences there as do's and don'ts.

    Cheers, fellow traveller. Well done.

G'day mate, Have just planned my trip to Kyrgyzstan for this coming January and came across one of your video blogs on youtube, hope I enjoy my time there as much as you have. By the way have you
been to Siberia? My fascination with Russia led me there for 3 months in 2012, sadly instead of moving around the former soviet countries I went to France and went through my cash and had to go back
    to work lol

  • Dean Laughton (Wednesday, July 03 13 08:43 am BST)

    Hi Jason

I am only 22 but I have developed a bit of an fascination with Russia and the old Soviet countries. I am planning a trip around Eastern Europe in 2014 but I just wanted to ask 2 questions:

    1. How long did you stay in each country for to get a real feel for it?

    2. Did you stay in the capital cities or travel elsewhere?

p.s. I would probably know the answers to these had I read your book. I only came across you yesterday on your Youtube video on Minsk and I will be buying your book tonight on the Kindle!!
